Your first visit
Three simple steps
- 1Book your visit. Choose a time with our online scheduler or call (662) 378-8606. We are open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
- 2Fill out your forms. Complete your patient forms before your visit to save time.
- 3Bring what you need. Your dental insurance card if you have one and a list of any medications you take.
